• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from info@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Norway norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.
